Can’t upload any files and can’t update theme or plugins

Hi Guys,

I have an issue that I can’t upload any files and can’t update theme or plugins. The wp-content, wp-content and wp-includes and sub folder are set at 755 and the files are set at 644. Still, I keep getting an error about inconsistent file permission. But if I set the folder at 777 everything seems to work.

How can I solve this issue?
