Thank you for checking @serafinnyc. I have around 15 categories in total. You are seeing 2 categories because the products below them are not hidden. The other categories have the products hidden from the store and from the search, and they don’t show. Is there anything that can be done for those product categories?
Hello again @swissschokolade If you have product checked as hidden then they’re not going to show on the shop page. Some themes will show them. Lastly, if you don’t have these products associated with any category that Blocksy theme won’t show the categories either.
If you’re able to switch to a default theme like Storefront real quick and then refresh to see, try that. If that changes then it’s the Blocksy theme.
Ensure that all your products are associated with a category for those categories to show and ensure that you have gone into the archive section of the Blocksy theme customizer to select how you want that page to display. That link will guide you further. If still nothing, I’d click support and see if the authors can assist you.
I’d also look here to make sure you have products in those categories. You can see the numbers column on the far right. Make sure they’re not set to zero
Awesome! Thanks for the suggestions. I’ll give them a try. Also, I don’t think were are in the correct site…I have two of them. The site in question doesn’t have any clothes/accessories categories, only things related to health: teas, pain relief, oral care, etc. At any rate, now that I know this is theme specific, I will dig further. Thanks again!
