Change from Elementor to WP editor?

[ad_1]

I’ve made my first website using Elementor, just reading another post about ppl saying that Elementor isn’t any good, should I quit Elementor and start learning WP editor? If I uninstall Elementor will I lose the content on my website that I made with it?

  1. Do you mean the built in editor, Gutenberg? So far its the only editor i have any experience with, and i am really not a fan. Would choose Elementor if it wasnt subscription

  2. Have a look at more modern builders, like Bricks and Breakdance. Any of them would give you the best a builder like Elementor has to offer, but w/o most of its shortcomings, and probably with a less steep learning curve than Gutenberg alone. Otherwise, Gutenberg is what WP has chosen the future to be of WP design, so keep that it mind if you’re planning to invest in your WP skills.

  3. No need to uninstall, bcz elementor is not bad, you can make any type of website using elementor, and of course it will be responsive and user-friendly and speed optimized score in not bad with elementor if you work properly

  4. You will not lose your contents (pages, posts, etc). Everything is stored independently of Elementor.

However, if you were using elementor your site is likely to be very design-heavy. You will have to re-do the design part.
