You can use a plugin like Easy Google Fonts to install any font from Google Fonts to your site. Once you’ve added one, go to Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS and insert the following:
.main-menu { font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; }
Replace Open Sans with the name of the font you installed from Google Fonts.
