Apparently you guys added Stripe support to the base plugin, but now I cannot make any transactions. And this message is in the backend: “Charitable needs to complete an upgrade that was started earlier. Click here to continue the upgrade.”. When I click the link, nothing changes and the message returns. Please help! I’ve contacted priority support in my account several times because I pay for an add-on plugin, but I don’t even get a confirmation email saying you received my support ticket. Would really appreciate knowing how to get this to work. It’s properly connected to Stripe, but does not process any transactions.
