When using guest mode on desktop, the Guest session does not get preserved when navigating to a new page. If you start a chat on one page, then navigate to another and click the chat again, it will start you all over, which makes it so when I reply to customers, they don’t get my responses. I have a video showing what I mean.
I tested this on mobile and it worked fine.
