Chat plugin that goes to phone number?

Hello! I have a client who currently uses Tidio chat on his website, but he wants instead a chat plugin that will go straight to his phone number so he can answer through text, not through the app- is there such a thing, and if there is can anyone recommend one? Thanks so much!
