I have installed the free plugin and the OpenAI api to enable the chatbot on my website, but it looks unconfigured. On the one hand, the icon appears correctly, but the chat is also seen at the bottom of my page, in the footer.
Also, the user can send messages, but cannot receive replies. And also, when sending a message, the chat disappears.
