I operate a website where customers purchase items, and during the checkout process, the shipping options are not displayed until they enter their address etc, which is fine. However, the default selection is “click and collect,” and I would like to implement a system where, upon entering their details, the shipping option is automatically selected to reduce confusion. I’ve been receiving numerous calls from customers expressing that they were unaware “click and collect” was preselected.
