I use Converter for Media that compresses jpgs into tiny avif files if the viewer browser can do that and WP Optimize that wants to “compress” images too. Should I say yes to both???

Or is that going to cause problems? I got WPOP to do some things to speed up, and see it wants to do others that I think is working fine.
