Child theme doesn’t show up in themes menu

[ad_1]

I have a .org multisite. In the \**wp-content/themes/* folder along side “twentytwentythree” i have a folder called “digineaux2023child”.
Inside that i have a style.css contianing;

/*
Theme Name: Digineaux2023Child
Theme URI:
Author:
Author URI:
Description:
Requires at least: 5.8
Tested up to: 5.9
Requires PHP: 5.7
Version: 0.0.1
License: GNU General Public License v2 or later
License URI:
Template: twentytwentythree
Text Domain: digineaux2023child
Tags: blog, news, portfolio, one-column, wide-blocks, accessibility-ready, block-patterns, block-styles, custom-colors, custom-logo, custom-menu, editor-style, featured-images, full-site-editing, rtl-language-support, sticky-post, threaded-comments, translation-ready
*/

But theme is nowhere to be seen in both admin network themes page or individual site themes page.

All the documentation vie found including the official guide state that this should be working. But clearly im missing something.
