I am looking to create a page for a site with the most recent bulletin displayed in a PDF viewer, and then underneath a list of the past bulletins as links.
I want this to be as easy as possible for the person that make the bulletins to just upload them to the site.
Even better would be if it could be emailed to a specific email address and it just automagically happens!
