Gravityforms audit trail

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone knew of something that could provide an audit trail for a gravityforms form. Similar to Dropbox sign's audit trail, I need basically an official certificate to say the client has signed the form at whatever time, with my company name, date of signing and a document ID. This will be used to send client details to financial providers so unfortunately has to be from a recognised company so I cannot just make a fillable PDF. If anyone has any suggestions/knows if this is possible it would be greatly appreciated.
