Hello all,
I am using WordPress with Elementor. On the Page build i can see the latest changes but no matter what i try, the page does not get updated. I checked incognito mode in Chrome and other browsers.
I downloaded a clear cache plugin but nothing.
Any ideas on what could be the issue?

Your theme, or another plugins could be creating a file cache. Deleting that cache would allow your browser cache from receiving the updates. WP is serving the old/file cache.
You can double check the expire headers in dev tools from your browser.
Another simple solution is to disable plugins and or themes to understand who might be causing the cache.
The host could be caching server-side (this is on by default with SiteGround).
