A client is trying to order on our restaurant site, the WP website has been up for 3 weeks or so.

She is being restricted by her work computers internet safety software “Access to websites of this nature violates the firms standards of appropriate internet usage”

Any ideas as to why our restaurant website would be labelled inappropriate by a software like this? This is the first complaint so far but concerned if we’re being blocked by this sort of thing

They might simply block anything not strictly work related. She could talk to her IT to have it whitelisted (or see if they are willing). Not much you can do otherwise since it’s not on your end / in your control.
