I see. Can you try enabling the “Prevent Closing on Overlay” option, in the Pop-up Settings for this specific Elementor Pop-up?
When editing the Pop-up in Elementor, please click the Settings cogwheel:
Then navigate to the Advanced tab, enable the “Prevent Closing on Overlay” option, and Save your changes.
