I’ve just started to test out this plugin and noticed the following issue when I used the following shortcode:
[arm_membership title="Membership Details" setup_id="1" message_no_record="You are currently not an active member." display_renew_button="false" display_cancel_button="false"]The Plan Type is not displayed. Instead, this contains the start date and all the column values seem to have moved under the incorrect labels

Separate to the above, under Manage Forms I can’t see the buttons to create new forms, or is that part of the pro version only?
