Hello @fgarganese ,
It is not supported to restore a WPvivid backup by using WP CLI or the command line. It is recommended to run a restore task again by following the steps below:
First, visit the post below and adjust WPvivid settings as suggested:
Next, decompress your zip packages of your backup files if they are merged into a single package in the backup process. After that, you will get the following zip packages:
1. wp core
2. wp content
3. plugins
4. themes
5. uploads
6. database
Upload them one by one to the target site and restore them separately.
After that, let us know if the restore task is successful.
Best,
Hello @nicholas2019,
I’ve just finished to restore all, following your instructions.
Anyway I strongly advice you to provide a restore procedure in case of full site loss for any reason.
Thank you very much — Francesco
Hello @fgarganese ,
Glad to know that the restore task was completed.
Additionally, it is recommended to reinstall a fresh WordPress and upload a WPvivid backup to restore when you are unable to access the back-end of the website anymore.
Don’t hesitate to let us know if you need help with anything else.
Best regards.
