Compatibility Issue Between Gravity Forms Stripe and Cookiebot Autoblocking Mode

[ad_1]

Hi @miikkamakela ,
Thank you for reaching out.

A common misconception is that Cookiebot intercepts tracking to prevent it from happening without consent. However, this isn’t technically possible. What Cookiebot and similar solutions do is disable the resources responsible for setting trackers, preventing their use.

The issue here is that the Stripe integration is setting cookies that are categorized as “Preferences” in our cookie repository. To allow the payment script to load without issues, you need to reclassify all Stripe cookies as “Necessary.” This can be done in the Cookiebot Manager under the Cookies section.

After making these changes, it’s important to run a new scan.

If the Stripe integration still doesn’t work after the scan, please open a support case for further troubleshooting. This will provide a better platform to address the issue.
