Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
It depends on the approach. If you will use the default WP approach like for pots or products, every page has the same common query. You can place a filter set on “Common WordPress pages + All archive pages”.
But if the Shop page and categories pages have unique queries, you would need more than one filter set.
