Yes, the plugin should work fine with most other subscription plugins to give commission for subscription orders and renewals.
The only difference is that with the official “WooCommerce Subscriptions” plugin you can also set a limit on specifically how many renewals will grant commission.
With all other subscription plugins it should just grant commission for all renewals by default.
