Great question. There are no other tables the plugin adds to users sites which you need to remove. The plugin pulls the data within the Site Kit dashboard from users Search Console, Analytics and other service accounts, rather than storing it in your WordPress database. You can remove the records you’ve highlighted if you wish.
May I ask you why you decided to uninstall Site Kit, or is there anything else I can assist with?

I have deleted:
googlesitekit_db_version
googlesitekit_has_connected_admins.
I have never used the plugin (only installed for a few minutes). I uninstalled Site Kit more than a year ago, but I did not completely clean the database back than. I prefer to open the data in my browser and not in my WordPress dashboard. But maybe in the future I will use the plugin. I’ll mark the topic solved. Thanks again James!
