I installed (Free) WP Table Builder first and purchased the pro version. I followed the instruction to install zip and activate the license.
However, the problem occurred after I updated the plugin. The free WP Table Builder disappeared and was replaced with a duplicated WP Table Builder Pro from the plugins list. The tables no longer work and show as short-code on the blog.
Am I supposed to keep both the free and pro versions of WP Table Builder active in WordPress? Or should I only activate the Pro and remove the free version? How to avoid this conflict when upgrading the plugin?
I used the contact form (since I paid for the pro license), but no one responded.
For now, I had to restore from backup so that the tables can continue to work.
