I understand the challenges you faced in identifying the conflicting plugin, especially among a considerable number of plugins. The information you provided about the specific plugin causing the “Error #-200: HTTP Error” is insightful and can be beneficial to others facing a similar issue.
I can see that the Sharpen Images plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. I recommend contacting the plugin author. Hopefully, the author will resolve these issues.
