No sense to write about it, they dont care about your worries. They decided to kill plugin intentionally and we cant do nothing with that. They will copy-paste you same message that others received.. The only this you can do is leave review and describe how useful / useless for you is the plugin.

Our plugin is a free open source software that you can install on your WordPress website. The plugin is distributed with a GPL license. The plugin runs on your server and provides a best-in-class reviews functionality for WordPress sites. It does NOT require you to obtain consent from customers, and you can use it in any way permitted by the GPL license.
In addition to the plugin, we also provide a service for verification of reviews and publishing verified copies of reviews on the CusRev.com website. Integration with the service can be activated from the plugin using the “Verified reviews” setting. Your usage of the service is regulated by the terms and conditions that require you to obtain consent from customers before sending them review invitations.
If you do not want to be bound by the terms and conditions of our service for verification of reviews and ask for consent from customers, please deactivate the service by setting the “Verified reviews” option to “No verification” in the plugin’s settings (on the “Review Reminder” tab). After that, the plugin will still be fully functional (including the advanced features if you install the Pro add-on), and you can use it for collecting reviews in a way that you prefer.
