I uploaded a PDF to my media file and attached a hyperlink to text in my blog post. The PDF will not open.
I’ve tried several troubleshooting methods, including the theme support and Yoast logging into my site and both companies found no issues with their products.
When I download the PDF, I receive an error message, Failed No File. I uploaded a test PDF with the same failed outcome. A JPG of the PDF works fine.
I have the same theme on a test site and the PDF uploads fine and the hyperlink opens the PDF without any problem from a test blog post.
I appreciate any help you can offer.
