Hello.
I am creating an apartment booking website and I am basically an aggregator (like Uber or Airbnb),
I connect people who want to rent apartments and people who rent them.
I have a simple contact form for each listing and I forward booking requests to clients who respond to messages privately.
If a client books I get a small percentage of it.
The problem is that they can say it didn’t rent but it did and I lose commission.
Is there a way I can be the middle man between their communication and see if the booking went through or not?
