I’m running a wordpress website for a tattoo artist, who needs to have a way for people to send a request form via website and be able to include their own reference pictures.
I set up a contact form with CF7 and included this on the form:
<label> Please attach any reference photos you have (.jpg,.jpeg,.png)
</label>
Then in the Mail tab which is directed to our email address, I put under file attachments:
[file-278] [file-279] [file-280]This worked well for a time, however in the last couple of months the request forms are coming through with no attachments despite people mentioning they had attached.
Please could anyone offer a way to fix this or suggest an alternative method to get around this problem? Thanks in advance
