I have my contact info page set up, but messages don’t send to any email I put into WP forms. I also couldn’t verify my email when i wanted to change my account email on word press. Also, when I tried to change my password in WordPress, it said, “your site may not be correctly configured to send emails.” Any help would be appreciated.

For your WordPress password issue, I suggest you contact your hosting provider’s customer support. They may be able to assist.
Do you have smtp setup ?
WordPress (and every other website backend) needs to be configured to use a SMTP host to send email. These are mail servers that actually do the “sending” of the email when WordPress requests it. There’s plenty of them out there, but I like to use Amazon SES because it’s cheap and reliable. Give a holler if you need more info/assistance.
