Contact Form sent message saying “Array” in every email ?

instead of saying the actual message the user puts in the form it just says "Array"….

but in the actual wordpress form section for this envato template, the actual message shows up

but the form sent to my email just shows "Array" where the message is supposed to be

how do I fix this? thanks…..
