Contact Form Unrelated Entries

[ad_1]

I have be dialing in my Google search and performance max campaign with Google Ads since January of this year. But I am still receiving contact form entries that are not related to our business. For example, we are a law firm that helps Veterans with their Disability claim appeals. But we often get contact form submission asking about home renovations or tenant issues.

Is it normal to receive form submissions like this? My answer is yes, but my boss is asking and I am curious if there are any resources out there to help me explain it to him?

  1. Are the entries still requests for legal assistance? Your messaging might not be clear enough that you don’t handle other areas of law.

If the entries are nonsensical, I.e. not legal help requests, they’re probably not submissions and you should as reCaptcha or a challenge that conditionally shows the submit button.
