Contact information has disappeared

Hi,

I’m a complete novice with WordPress and web development but have been tasked with maintaining our website.

I noticed this morning that the contact information on both the footer and Contact Us page has disappeared. The icons are still visible and working but there is no text.

The same thing has happened at the top of the Contact Us page. Any ideas?
