Content Retrieval and Style

Hey,

I’m new to WP development. I have a query regarding best practices and I can’t seem to find any answers, though maybe I just suck at wording questions!

Basically, imagine I’m building this very detailed site:

The ‘Really Cool Title’ and the paragraph beneath it, would be the title and some content pulled from a page on the wp backend. The 3 boxes below will have information in, and will also need to be editable by other people. Do I try and put these boxes in the page content somehow? Or perhaps make them widgets? They are currently just hard-coded in the HTML.

My tiny brain is having trouble working out how i’d get the styling like I current have it if I was putting this in the page editor.

Hoping that all made sense.
