So I am sitting here with a tracking issue with Gravity Forms:
On this form, there is a hidden field called ***source***.
Now, on the paid ads, I have added a UTM source, but the challenge is that it’s not showing for some leads, and I cannot figure out why.
So here’s what I did:
\- Triple checked that every single landing page has the UTM source attached
\- Added a URL template to the dynamic ad formats to always include the UTM source
But to no avail.
I am actually not even sure if the ***source*** I’m not even sure if the source section pulls the correct source or how it does so.
So here is an example of the same customer reaching out twice, but the one has the source and one does not:

That just means someone is accessing that page via a url that doesn’t contain the corresponding UTM, assuming that’s how you’ve coded it.
