I am hoping to create something akin to the “how do I” section on the City of San Diego’s website, but frankly wordpress development isn’t something I desire to learn for this single plugin.
Does anyone know of a plugin that does this

OR

a way to edit a single database table via a table like interface? I am a skilled ‘raw’ js and php developer so I could whip out the functionality of displaying what is already in the database, but I need a way for the end user to add data to the database in the first place. I do not want to give them the chance to mess with any other part of the database, just this one table.
