Conversational Form Plugin Help

I have a client that is adamant that their quote forms have to be the same as a competitors website:

I’ve done some sleuthing and from what I can see they’re using WP Forms. My main questions are:

1. Is this a conversational form?
2. Can this be replicated easily or am I going to have to spend hours tinkering with CSS or find someone that knows Javascript?
3. Can Gravity Forms also do this?
4. Does WP Forms have Zoho CRM integration?

I’ve emailed both Gravity and WP Forms but due to time-zone differences I figured asking Reddit might get me faster responses and usually much more honest ones as well.

Literally ANY help would be appreciated because I really don’t want to recommend the wrong plugin as both of these are quite expensive.
