I’m currently seeing a correctly styled banner on your website when viewing it with the Firefox browser.
Are there any errors appearing in your Firefox browser console that relate to the banner? That would provide us with further pointers on what might. cause this in your browser.

Thank you for your quick reply. For my coworkers, it is also working. But they also noticed that a big black cross appears quickly before loading the page.

This behavior is unique to “Thrive Landing Pages”. Can you confirm that the “Thrive” integration is enabled under Complianz > Integrations?
We have accounted for this Thrive behavior by inserting an inline CSS rule with class cmplz-hidden, which prevents a flash of unstyled content before the banner CSS loads.

Strange, that works for me. But it looks like Thrive Architect still removes this inline CSS in your case. I would try adding the CSS rule manually in the Thrive Editor, to see if that helps.
.cmplz-hidden{display:none!important;}
Otherwise I would personally recommend asking the Thrive team how they recommend adding Inline CSS on Thrive/Thrive Landing Pages whilst preventing it from being removed.
