Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your feed is empty.
Empty feeds are, most of the times, caused by feed configuration reasons. We have listed all of those reasons in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/
Could you go through the reasons mentioned and see if any of those could be causing the empty feed for you?
