Credit Card Box Not Showing During Checkout

I checked your site and confirmed the issue: when you select the pay with credit card option, it doesn’t display any fields to enter the card information.

And when you try to proceed, it displays an error message.

I think this could be related to a conflict between WooCommerce and your theme or another plugin; an outdated or malfunctioning code could be interfering.

As a first step, and to be sure of this, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and Square, and then check again if the issue persists.

If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

If you don’t perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

Hey @judagutor! Thank you So Incredibly Much! I followed your instructions and believe I may have figured it out by disabling all plugins. It appears one of the plugins is causing this box to disappear. Are you able to verify this on your end? Thanks again a bunch!!!

Finally!! Someone that knows what they’re talking about! Thanks again Juan for the super quick response and dedication you have to WooCommerce Support! For the Record, This was the Siteground Optimization Plugin. This Plugin ended up causing it to not display properly. Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication!
