I noticed an issue where my checkout page hangs when the user hasn’t filled out their shipping information. This has been happening since I updated to Woocommerce 8.4.0 (on January 01/24 local time).
Since the update, a user on my site cannot pick United States as a shipping location as I just get a spinning wheel. I fill in all required information but the page just hangs. For Canadian residents, the page used to load (before Woocommerce update) even if there is no user info filled out (ie Name, address, postal code, etc.)

If I need to, is it relatively easy to go back a version of Woocommerce? However, I updated from Woocommerce v8.3.0 to v8.4.0 as I wanted to wait a bit before I upgraded to the most recent version. I do know that v8.3.0 was working on my site. So… perhaps I could downgrade to v8.3.0 and then upgrade to each version after that, with testing in between to see when I get the fatal error I reported. Thoughts?
