Hi,
I’m having issues with the “forgot password” on my site and I hope someone can help me, I’ll try giving you as much info as I can:
- WordPress 6.4.2
- WooCommerce 8.4.0
- Blocksy 1.8.88 (tried switching to Twenty Twenty-Four but same issue)
- Leaving the account endpoint for lost password blank in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced will bring me to wp-login.php?action=lostpassword which can function fine but I’d like to fix the issue
- I’m able to receive a password reset email with a link like my-account/lost-password/?key=randomLetters&id=2 but opening it just takes me back to my-account
- Tried “Allow third party cookies” in Chrome, opening it in an incognito window, using a different browser
- If I open this password reset link for a user account while logged in on my admin account, I stay on the link my-account/lost-password/?key=randomLetters&id=2 and see “This password reset key is for a different user account. Please log out and try again.”
- Tried excluding URIs containing my-account from LiteSpeed Cache
- Plug-ins that might interfere: WP 2FA (enforced only for admins), Wordfence Security
