Hi guys I have a page yumlish.com that I updated some plugins for and my page crashed soon after. I am getting the critical error page and I am not able to access it via stp as I do not know the cpanel login nor do I believe we even have one. How can I backup and restore the site to its previous version without any of this?

Well first step is to get ftp or file manager access.

And for any cPanel based account (unless defaults are changed, usually not likely), just at port 2083 to the end to get to the cPanel login:
so browse to `YumLish.com:2083` which will then redirect you to:
