this is literally killing me.
1. in my WordPress options, the Site URL and WordPress URL options are all pointing to domain addresses starting with HTTPS. All addresses in the wp\_options table are also using domain addresses, not IP addresses.
2. when I used the YOAST SEO plugin, periodically the indexing that the plugin does changes my CSS or font address to an IP address. For example, HTTPS://{IPaddress}/mycss.css … Naturally, you can’t send HTTPS requests to an IP address, so the CSS is broken.
3. i changed all my IP addresses to domain addresses with the better search and replace plugin, but the issue still appeared.
4. so i eventually changed the SEO plugin to something else, but the problem came back today.
5. sometimes the “plugin has been updated” mails are sent through my IP address, not my domain address. For example, “All plugins on [1.111.111.11](https://1.111.111.11/) have been updated.” which seems to suggest that there is something else going on rather than a problem with the plugin.
6. I’m using aws hosting to create my blog, and I’m paying for it every month, so this is a real pain and I’d really like to get it resolved. Please help me resolve this..
