Thank you for your interest in Filter Everything plugin.
I have to say that Custom WordPress loops can be filtered with the PRO version of the plugin only. Free version allows you to filter only native WordPress loops on native post type archive pages.
If you use PRO, please write your support request in the comments seciton of the page, where you purchased PRO.
