Anyway to clean the logs you have the tool “logs clean up”, this tool deletes both the logs and their targets.
You can find this tool in GamiPress->Tools->Logs Clean Up.
Regarding the users earnings table, this table contains the user’s earnings history, so it is not recommended to delete it.
In case you delete it, it is at your own risk.
