Custom domain->azure front door->WordPress web app

Has anyone successfully configured Custom domain->azure front door->Wordpress web app? I have the custom domain configured to point to Front Door – but I can’t get it to go to the WordPress sit. Does the domain have to point to both front door and the web app?
