Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not have the feature to customize the “Contact listing owner” form. We have a plan to develop this feature in our future version. We do not have any release date yet, but we have a plan to work on this feature.
However, you can use the following code snippet to create custom fields on the “Contact listing owner” form. We developed this for one of our users to add a custom “Phone” field.
