I took a look at your site and noticed that when you click the “Add to cart” button, the page reloads and takes the customer back to the top.
This happens because the Ajax feature isn’t being used on the “Add to cart” button.
Since you’re using a custom-built theme, it would be a great idea to integrate the Ajax feature into your theme.
As per our forum guidelines, we aren’t able to provide support for custom-coded themes.
I recommend posting your question in the Woo Community Slack and the Woo Community Facebook group. Many Woo developers on these platforms might be able to assist you.
