custom youtube video size to replace revolution slider?

I have a wordpress website using a slider plugin that lets me add some basic animations in custom sizes to the site. The developer has stopped supporting my version and these animations would be easy to replicate in photoshop as mp4 video loops. Is there a way to create and display a custom size video in youtube or vimeo ( the frames are 600x800px) and embed them onto the site where the sliders are now?
