Hi,
I recently noticed an issue that is related to your plugin. I am using the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer to style my transactional emails and find that the body text of my order completed emails are being replaced.
This is what I have set in my order completed emails:- https://prnt.sc/EaxJLIxHj_lB When your plugin is deactivated, everything works perfectly.
However, when I reactivate your plugin, the body text is being replaced by this instead: https://prnt.sc/_XvD3u8BCfX1
Is there any way to allow the text you’ve set there, that is, “We have finished processing your order.” by default to be overwritten? This used to be working fine – I’m not sure which plugin update caused this issue.
